During 2017 there were so many of the Credico SA staff who truly excelled in their respective fields of responsibility that selecting a Employee of the Year proved to be a wonderful challenge.  The final 3 nominations were Nana Qholosha, Colleen Pillay and Tshifhiwa Matodzi. These ladies really set the bar high for everyone this year.

Congratulations to Tshifhiwa Matodzi for her deserving employee of the year award, Credico SA is very lucky to have such a hard-working independent woman, you are really an inspiration to us.

We had a chat with her to find out how she does it.

What new strategies have you implemented in the year and how did they affect your campaign?

My new year’s resolution was to live a better life than I did the previous year, I had to up my game and make things happen. This means putting extra effort to my campaigns, working crazy hours and better build my professional relationships with clients and colleagues.

Who is the biggest inspiration in your life?

My mother – she is my queen – she taught me the valuable lesson of mastering every task I am given. This has made me excel in everything I do. My two beautiful sisters always had my back and I love them for that.

What moto do you live by?

Live Laugh Love – Live, because you have to and do it to the fullest.

Laugh, because it makes living easy.

Love, because it makes us feel alive. Each of us is given but one pass through life. No retakes. No repeats.

What words of encouragement can you give to the youth of today?

Dream big and do not underestimate yourself. Be the type of person that no matter where you go or where you are, you always add value to the lives of those around you. When your vision is clear, have faith and trust yourself even when you don’t know where your path is taking you.

Credico SA recognises the real team players in the business. Tshifhiwa will be attending next years awards Gala dinner in London to wine and dine with other individuals in the business. this is a great chance to travel and learn the culture of the business in other countries. Well done!
