A family day in the park where the sun is out, the grass is green and the music is good. Huawei Joburg day was the place to be. This marked the third musical festival that was held at the beautiful Emmarentia Botanical gardens in Johannesburg. The real definition of a family picnic day, the kids had a fun and safe play area, while the parents unwind under the autumn sun.
Credico SA attended this year’s Joburg day on the 4th of May 2019. It was a great opportunity to meet each other’s families and catch up outside the office. All the kids were getting along at the play-ground while the adults were moving and shaking from the beats of their favourite bands.
What an awesome musical experience – it’s so amazing to see your favourite award winning South African artists perform live on stage. We were spoilt for choice with only the best like Easy Freak, Tmara Dey, DJ Zinhle, Tresor, Simmy, Sun-EL Musician, Hilly Rey, Prince Kaybee, Shortstraw, Beatenberg, Sho Majozi, Matthew Mole, Mango Groove, Mi Casa and TKZEE. All thanks to one of the best radio stations 947 and Huawei for organising this great event and for Credico SA for spoiling their staff with complimentary tickets!
It’s not just about having fun, it’s a chance to build and strengthen our team spirit. When we know each other better it makes it much easier to work together because there isn’t enough time at the office as everyone is busy with their tasks, so going out gives us a chance to build the family cohesiveness we have cultivated and share with one another in our business.
