- What does it mean to you to receive this award?
This award means the world to me, I was nominated with the Top Owners of the business. It was an overwhelming feeling to win the award and I am proud of myself. All thanks to my mentors like Kevin de Souza among others, they all invested their time to mold me into who I am today.
- What has been instrumental in your growth over the last year?
Dedication, passion and the drive to change my background led me to do better. As the captain of my ship I make sure everything and everyone is on-board, we are a functional team following a functional system. My leadership skills, attitude and student mentality played a very significant role in elevating my business. My crew is the backbone of The Conquerors, without them all of this wouldn’t be possible.
- What strategy are you using to better your business?
I like setting high standards and making sure myself and the guys follow them as intended. Considering that the world is digitizing everything, I am using that platform to my advantage, especially when it comes to recruiting and brand awareness. Making a positive social appearance helps me advertise and stay informed on latest business trends.
- Where do you see yourself in the next 12 months?
My dream is to be a successful business woman, running a healthy and wealthy organization. The goal is to have more guys in my business in order to expand and have more offices countrywide.
