Antoine Nohra is a visionary entrepreneur and accomplished business leader with over three decades of experience in alternative channel sales and marketing. As the founder, owner, and chairman of Credico, established in 1991, Antoine created the foundation for a global enterprise that began in Canada by specializing in credit card acquisitions for the nation's largest retailer. His strategic foresight has since propelled Credico's expansion across diverse industries worldwide.

Jesse Young partnered with Credico in 2005 and is currently the President of Credico. Prior to joining Credico, Jesse founded and developed several successful marketing ventures, diversifying his professional portfolio as a dedicated businessman and entrepreneur. In his first three years with the company, Jesse utilized his skills for shaping the direction of Credico's sales strategy by doubling the size of the European sales network. By 2011, when Jesse brought that vision to the USA, Credico had quadrupled in size across the globe. Jesse works hand-in-hand with several charities and is an international leader in face-to-face fundraising. Jesse earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Economics and Marketing from Brown University where he was senior class president, a student-athlete and collegiate wrestler.

Peter van den Berg started Credico in South Africa in 2008. Under his leadership, Credico SA is today recognized as the market leader in developing young entrepreneurs. Through Peter's continuous pursuit of improvements and constant innovation, the business continues to evolve and has shown phenomenal growth having acquired millions of new customers for our clients. Credico today services a diverse range of clients and has the ability to navigate through the complexities of customer acquisition and financial services. Peter's hard work and "never say die" attitude makes him an inspiration throughout the organization.

Mark Heaton joined Credico SA in a new role as Chief Financial Officer in 2023. Coming out of Covid, Credico's operations increased significantly, requiring more structure and under his guidance Mark has created a small, but cohesive and highly efficient Finance team. He was also responsible for the Credico SA group's restructure which enabled Credico to achieve its first Level 1 B-BBEE rating in 2025. Mark holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA), and has experience in a range of industries with a strong emphasis on financial operations.

Theuns Bezuidenhout joined the Credico SA team in 2014 as the General Manager. With his hands-on approach and proven management track record, Theuns is responsible for the daily operational requirements of this dynamic business, overseeing the Operations Department, Human Resources and IT. He has been instrumental in developing multiple systems including the Credico Portal, implemented various reporting systems and facilitates business efficiency which will ensure the long-term success of Credico SA. Under his leadership, Theuns has streamlined multiple processes and manages the vast amount of information essential throughout the organization to deliver on the business' objectives.

PC Buitendag is the Head of Sales at Credico SA, having joined the organisation in 2013. He brings extensive experience in the financial services sector, with a strong background in consumer credit, insurance, and consumer finance. In his role, PC is responsible for driving sales strategy, managing key client relationships, and leading commercial growth across Credico's operations in South Africa, Namibia and Botswana. He also oversees regulatory alignment and governance within the sales environment, ensuring compliance with industry standards and ethical sales practices to deliver quality sales solutions for clients. PC is known for building high-performing sales teams and developing sustainable commercial models that support long-term growth for both clients and Credico.

Jacques Ellis is Head of Insurance, Compliance & Training at Credico SA. He was instrumental in establishing Credico's Financial Services capability in 2012 by securing the financial services licence and subcontracting as Key Individual and internal compliance lead until 2019, when he joined Credico permanently. Since then, Jacques has obtained an additional financial services licence for the business and helped design and implement Credico's industry-leading Supervision System and Learning Management System, used nation-wide by its extensive network of Independent Sales Agents via the Credico App. With over 30 years' experience in financial services and leadership across five FSPs, Jacques is responsible for strategy development across Credico's Training and Compliance functions.
